There are two production places:
- The industrial complex on acceptance, storage and processing of sunflower seeds processing capacity to 500 tonnes per day, located in p. Cheerful Rostov region. Factory-applied advanced technological scheme of processing of oil raw materials – one-time pressing with subsequent extraction of the oil from the cake. This technology allows to extract the maximum amount of oil from the seeds at relatively low cost. Oil pressing workshop is equipped with necessary modern equipment, allowing to provide the output necessary quality of oil and cake under a given performance. Oil extraction plant is equipped with latest generation equipment of the Belgian company DESMETBallestra, which is a world leader in the production of equipment for the oil industry. Elevator capacity for storage of sunflower seeds American firm GSI allow you to store up to 35 thousand tons. The inpatient capacity of the enterprise for the storage of oil in bulk amount to 4 thousand tons. Outdoor storage of meal allows you to accumulate up to 6.0 thousand tons of products.
- A plant for refining - deodorization of vegetable oils and packaging in plastic containers, located in the city of Rostov-on-don and allows to process and to pack at least 200 tons per day of high quality oil. The packing oil is done in PET bottles of different volume (0.5 liters; 0.9 liter; 1 liter; 2 or 3 liters; 5 liters). The one-time storing of finished products is not less than 2.5 thousand conditional liters. The entire production process is constantly monitored its own accredited laboratories. In 2016, ZAO DonMasloProdukt" was assessed and certified as meeting the requirement of ISO 22000:2015. "DonMasloProdukt" — new plant (commissioned in 2009), equipped with the most modern equipment. Total quality control of products produced at each stage of the production chain.
At the stage of acceptance of raw materials from agricultural producers is the selection of seeds using a pneumatic sampler to send to the lab, which assesses the quality of incoming raw materials. If a positive decision lab, cars with sunflower sent to the lifter which automatically is loaded. After that, sunflower seeds are cleaned from impurities (maximum content of impurities is 1.5-3%) and, if necessary, dried. Storing seed produced on the silage warehouse under temperature control.
The actual production of oil starts with hulling the seed, separating the kernels from the shell. The factory provides the most efficient "vertical" scheme of processing of sunflower seed with maximum use of gravity. Oil goes for processing: primary treatment eliminates suspended particles and mechanical impurities, and further phases brings the oil to the ready state. Also, one of the advantages of this technology is the lack of wash sairani water-a problem that is significant in the classical alkaline neutralization on most plants.
